Vivien has a wealth of experience dealing with, and working for, creative agencies. She has worked for brands across a wide variety of market sectors including financial, retail, charity and public sector.
She has also been actively involved in training clients on the importance of effectively briefing, managing and motivating their agencies
She graduated with an honours degree in marketing and also holds both the CIM and IDM diplomas. She has worked both client and agency-side across all marcomms disciplines and for various blue chip organisations, including the Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Life Assurance.
